Bike Ride Fail
This morning’s bike ride destroyed any confidence my last bike ride might have given me. I had to walk up two hills, and had to get off three times because I changed the gears incorrectly. I also went careening off a curb at like one mile per hour. I’m sure the people stopped at the light were laughing at me. Then while going the wrong way down a sidewalk with a bike lane on the road (I didn’t know there was one because I was trying a new route) like 80 cyclists came flying past me. How embarrassing.
The good news is the new route was easier than just riding all the way down South Lamar. I could walk when I got to where I was going. The down side being that when I return home the trip will be all up hill, and I will die.
